SUCCESS STORY 1: A reputed construction company hired The Center for Personal Transformation to design a growth map for them. The Center for Personal Transformation starts with carrying out a confidential employee survey – identifies a lot of under the carpet issues that were potentially sticky & sensitive, creates an issue bank, prioritizes and ensures that the priority issues are addressed and action taken.
Immediately after, the senior management is taken to a vision retreat. The team develops their vision collectively, develops their core purpose, core values & identifies their five year BHAGs (Big Hairy Audacious Goals), along with a detailed business plan complete with the roadmap & action plan. A solidarity document is created where everyone signs expressing their ownership for the BHAGs, Subsequently all these are driven aggressively to the respective sites/ SBUs to ensure a strong internal branding of the vision, values and purpose, Subsequent to these, individual job responsibilities at all levels are redesigned & time bound KRAs / KPIs made. SUCCESS STORY 2: The ministry of Labor, Govt. of India invites The Center for Personal Transformation to conduct a 3 day residential workshop for leaders of 100 of the biggest PSU unions in Mumbai. This was organized by the central board for workers’ education and was inaugurated by the then Union Labor Minister, Govt. of India.
SUCCESS STORY 3: The Center for Personal Transformation was assigned the responsibility to write the Institutional Development Proposals for 10 premier Engineering colleges and universities all over the country. The proposal was with respect to procurement of grant worth Rupees 10 – 12 crore for each institute. This was in connection to a World Bank project named TEQIP (in partnership with MHRD, Govt. of India). 6 of our client institutes / universities qualified for this grant including the all India topper.
SUCCESS STORY 4: The Center for Personal Transformation is the only HR organization in the country currently involved in motivational Sports intervention. Cricket Association of Bengal and Kingfisher Eat Bengal Club have hired the services of us.
SUCCESS STORY 6: An MNC, Its manufacturing unit was reeling under a hostile takeover. The company which took over was hell bent to close this profit making unit – the jobs of about 700 employees were at stake – at this point The Center for Personal Transformation was given an SOS call to help out. The German HR Head was travelling o India – The Center for Personal Transformation designed an Intervention such that an appropriate climate for meaningful discussion between the hapless & the international HR Head could take place –It was a very sticky situation, however the discussion could take place & ultimately the unit was saved along with its 700 workers. Their jobs were saved.
SUCCESS STORY 7: In the volatile tea gardens of the north east, that year the productions from the tea gardens were low & the tea association decided that unless they implement a wage freeze for the workmen, the tea gardens could not be saved. It was an extremely challenging situation to communicate this message to the workmen at the various tea gardens in the north east? Many of these regions were Ulfa infested & this was a high risk assignment. Team The Center for Personal Transformation was chosen by the Indian Tea Association & conducted their Intervention workshops for the Union Leaders from assorted Tea Gardens at Jorhat, Tezpur, Dibrugarh & Silchar. The Center for Personal Transformation was ultimately successful in convincing them about the situation peacefully.
